Simon formed ID Coaching in 2007 after a successful career in Financial Services

Following his degree in Spanish Literature, Simon worked for over ten years in the Customer Service Sector,
working as a senior manager for several Blue Chip organisations, including Norwich Union and O2.
Whilst Head of Coaching at O2 his team won the prestigious "Best Practice in Learning & Development"
award at the 2007 Merseyside Contact Centre Forum Awards.

As well as his many years of coaching experience in Blue Chip corporate environments, Simon is also a professionally qualified Coach, becoming an Associate Certified Coach after studying with the International Coach Federation approved training school the Coaches Training Institute, including passing their prestigous Certification Programme
Ann Girling CPCC, ACC, RGN, RHV, MSc
Ann worked as a health visitor for many years until 2002 when retrained as a coach
and successfully completed certification with the Coaches Training Institute in 2007
and gained accreditation with the International Coach Federation in the same year.
She has also gained a certificate in supervision with Cambridge Supervision Training.
Her niches are change, career, leadership development, supervision and course
